七、故障及解決方法：

一、拉力試驗機加荷時，指針顫動或時走時停

A, tensile test machine, vibration or pause the pointer

1、離合器齒輪磨損：需要修理或更換。

2、摩擦盤的皮墊圈或彈簧磨損：需更換皮墊圈或彈簧。

3、操縱手柄移位：調整操縱手柄，使其與牙槽配合好。

二、更換擺砣時指針不回零

1、拉力試驗機安裝不水平：用水平儀把試驗機調整水平。

2、擺錘不垂直：只掛A砣。調整平衡砣，使之垂直。

三、拉力試驗機擺錘回位太快或太慢

1、緩沖閥擋位位置放置不當：調整緩沖閥到適當位置。

2、液壓油黏度過低或過高：液壓油黏度過低時擺錘回落快，黏度高時回落慢．應更換適當黏度的液壓油。

2, the hydraulic oil viscosity is too low or too high: hammer down fast swing hydraulic oil viscosity is too low, viscosity is high down slowly. Should be proper replacement of 

hydraulic oil viscosity.

3、緩沖閥內、油管內或液壓油有臟污：清洗緩沖閥、油管。更換液壓油。

四、拉力試驗機指針回零滯怠或不穩定

1、指針軸承、主軸軸承銹蝕或有油污：清洗或更換軸承。

2、齒桿變形或齒桿與齒輪不嚙合：校直齒桿或清洗、修整齒輪、槽輪等傳動部件。

3、緩沖閥內有臟污：清洗緩沖閥。
